Appointment at Encams

Environmental lobby group Encams has appointed Alice Bodley as senior market research officer. Her role will be to work with authorities and the Government to compile an in-depth study of local environmental issues, including a set of case histories from councils who have solved problems such as fly-posting, litter and graffiti.
