Residents of Crossways vote to transfer to new RSL

Residents of the Crossways estate in Bow, east London, have voted to transfer to a new registered social landlord (RSL). Ninety per cent of tenants voted in favour of the transfer in the ballot, organised by the Electoral Reform Society. The vote is the third ballot in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Housing Choice programme, which consults tenants on whether or not they want to transfer to a new not-for-profit landlord.
