English Partnerships picks three consortia for final bidding

English Partnerships has picked three consortia for a final bidding round to build 4,000 London homes. First Base Partnership, Key London Alliance and a consortium led by Countryside Properties have been selected to work up further bids for the pilot London Wide Initiative, designed to deliver 15,000 homes in the capital, half for key workers.
