Conditional approval given to mixed-tenure scheme

Conditional approval was last week given to a mixed-tenure scheme to provide 92 homes at the Baybrook Estate in Stepney, East London. The £9 million scheme, designed by PRP architects for Circle 33 housing association, received conditional planning approval from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The scheme includes 30 homes available on a shared ownership basis and 34 general needs apartments.
