Residents in deprived area of Yorkshire given chance of apprenticeship scheme

Residents in a deprived area of Yorkshire are being given the chance to expand their skills and gain better access to job opportunities, following the launch of an apprenticeship scheme. Funded by Burn-greave New Deal for Communities in Sheffield, the 'Apprenticeship for All' programme will provide local people with at least an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a number of sectors including retail, mechanics and construction.
