People on low incomes set to benefit from funding

People on low incomes are among those set to benefit from £1 million of funding for Scottish voluntary groups from lottery distributor the Big Lottery Fund. The Grampian-based Support Forum for Credit Unions has received £45,000 to raise awareness of the benefits of credit unions. Earlier this year it launched a North-East Scotland credit union.
