Simon Gawthorpe joins Urban Splash

Simon Gawthorpe has joined property developer Urban Splash as managing director for its new operation in Yorkshire. He will be responsible for delivering the Lister Mills development - Urban Splash's first scheme in West Yorkshire. Gawthorpe joins from developer Crown Dilmun where he was development director, responsible for a major mixed-use development in central London.
