Uniting to provide a new horizon

The regeneration industry is dominated by the private sector, aided (and abetted) by the public sector, with a little charity and corporate social responsibility thrown in to smooth the rough edges. But people are increasingly beginning to wake up to the limitations of the accepted ways of 'doing regeneration'.
