Communities in the Highlands and Islands to get jobs

Two communities in the Highlands and Islands are to benefit from relocated Scottish government jobs, it was announced this week. The Crofting Building Grants and Loans Scheme will move to Tiree, with eight jobs, and the government's Central Enquiry Unit, with ten jobs, will move to Kinlochleven. This is intended to boost the local economy and help to secure a viable future for schools, shops and public services.
