Guides for landlords and tenants in Newcastle's housing renewal pathfinder area were published last week. The handbooks, funded by NewcastleGateshead Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder, will provide information on how to be a responsible landlord or tenant, including advice on how to manage property, safety regulations and tenancy agreements.
