Plans for mixed-use development in Gainsborough submitted

Plans have been submitted for a mixed-use development in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Yorkshire-based developers Dransfield Properties and Prospect Estates hope that the scheme will create 1,250 jobs in the town. As well as office and retail space, the development includes a library and heritage museum, restaurants and a new peace gardens.
