Appointment at Planning Advisory Service

Sarah Richards has been appointed head of the new Planning Advisory Service. The service, to be run by the Improvement and Development Agency, will be launched later this year to provide planning support and advice to local authorities in England. Richards joins from Zurich Municipal Management Services, where she was senior partner.
