Developers named as winners

Developers Taylor Woodrow and shedkm architects were last week named as the winners of the latest developer competition for the New Islington Millennium Community in East Manchester. They will now design and develop a 6750 sq metre residential scheme at the 12ha site. New Islington is one of seven Millennium Communities across England managed by national regeneration agency English Partnerships.
