Waterfront site to get funds from North-West RDA

A waterfront site in Liverpool is to get £2.5 million from the North-West Regional Development Agency, the RDA said this week. The Mann Island site strategy includes plans to develop a new Museum of Liverpool, extend the Leeds-Liverpool canal and improve public space. The cash is dependent on match funding from the European Objective One programme.
