Welsh Development Agency asks for plans to be approved

The Welsh Development Agency this week asked Cardiff City Council to approve plans for a new 20ha urban village in the Ely Bridge area of the city. The proposals include local shops and community facilities, 900 new homes, 4,000 sq metres of office space and green spaces including a riverside walkway.
