Commercial research centre to be built in Scottish Highlands

A commercial research centre to help customer contact businesses and firms that outsource back-office activities is to be built in the Scottish Highlands. Economic development agency Highlands and Islands Enterprise announced last week that the centre in Alness, Easter Ross, would be the first unit offering this kind of research in the UK.
