Welsh Development Agnecy estimate 1,300 jobs could be created in Holyhead

The Welsh Development Agency last week estimated that more than 1,300 jobs could be created by a mixed-use development in Holyhead. The agency has applied for planning permission for the Ty Mawr development and is in final negotiations to buy part of the site. Its plans include business units, office and leisure facilities and a hotel.
