Women's Design Services wins international safety award

A women's community safety project run by the Women's Design Service has won an international safety award. Making Safer Places works with women in Manchester, Bristol and London, training them to conduct a safety audit of their local area. The award was announced in Colombia last week at the International Seminar on Safer Cities for Women and Girls.
