Big Lottery Fund announces £13.5 million for 45 sporting projects

Lottery good causes distributor the Big Lottery Fund has announced £13.5 million of funding for 45 sporting projects across England. The money, from the fund's £750 million New Opportunities for PE and Sport Programme, will be used to improve sports pitches, changing rooms and equipment, and to build new indoor and outdoor sports facilities for schools.
