Appointment at Medway Council

Robin Cooper is to join Medway Council as director of development and environment in January. He will be responsible for directing and delivering regeneration in the Medway area, and will be in charge of a budget of £50 million. Cooper joins from Winchester City Council, where he is currently director of development services.
