Appointment at Ecotec

Consultancy Ecotec has appointed four people to its Cardiff office to aid its work on economic regeneration and supporting communities in Wales. Angela Elniff-Larsen was previously chief executive of Community Enterprise Wales. Adrian Healy transfers from the consultancy's Brussels office. The other two recruits are Roisin Willmott and Stephen Bussell.
