Appointment at Environmental Resources Management

Environmental consulting practice Environmental Resources Management (ERM) has appointed Steve Matthews as the partner responsible for business development in Wales and the south-west of England. Matthews joins from engineers Parsons Brinckerhoff, where he was technical director.
