ODPM publishes final proposals for new revaluation system

The ODPM has published final proposals for a new revaluation system designed to rebalance the disproportionate rate burdens on small firms. They follow a summer consultation on small business rate relief and explain the multipliers that will be used to calculate rate bills and explains the arrangements for business rate relief schemes.
