Two planning applications for a retail development intended to help the regeneration of Cardigan will be submitted to the Welsh Development Agency next week. The proposed Pwllhai development from property firm Eatonfield Holdings would include a shopping centre with 5,000sq metres of retail space and 28 flats, and a 6,000sq metre supermarket.
