Trust can cut waste and create success

A few years ago, a scare story did the rounds to the effect that decanting wine or whisky into leaded crystal would put you at risk of lead poisoning. Once the panicky shatter of decanters being dumped into dustbins had subsided, it emerged that you would have to drink so much alcohol from them for the lead to become a problem, you'd be more likely to die of liver cirrhosis first.
