Appointment at Indigo Planning

Matthew Stafford has joined consultancy Indigo Planning's Manchester office as a senior planner. He joins from consultancy WA Fairhurst and Partners, where he was a development planner. Will Avery and Louise Donovan have joined Indigo's London office as assistant planners and Peter Hall has joined the Leeds office as an assistant planner.
