Higgins Construction named as main contractor

Higgins Construction has been named as the main contractor for housing association the London & Quadrant Group's mixed-tenure development in Bexley, Kent. The scheme includes 103 affordable homes. Work is to begin on the 3ha site at the end of this month, Higgins said.
