Donaldsons to lead study

A study of Manchester's Newton Heath area is to be lead by property consultancy Donaldsons. The firm has been appointed by urban regeneration company New East Manchester to explore the potential to turn the area into a retail destination. Donaldsons will work with planning consultancy Taylor Young and traffic expert JMP.
