Welsh Local Government Association elects leader

Derek Vaughan, leader of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, was elected as leader of the Welsh Local Government Association at a special meeting of the WLGA council last week. He replaces Alex Aldridge, who is leader of Flintshire council.
