Urban Splash makes £5 million profit

Regeneration developer Urban Splash made £5 million in profits last year from a range of developments including the Moho pre-fab scheme in Manchester and the Vanilla Factory in Liverpool. The firm, which is preferred developer for the controversial refurbishment of the Park Hill estate in Sheffield, also announced £52.9 million in sales in its 2004/05 annual results.
