Russell Commission announces £600,000 grant

The Russell Commission, set up by the Government to develop a strategy for youth action, has announced a £600,000 grant round to fund preparatory work for the launch of its implementation body, which will fund volunteering opportunities for young people. The work will focus on encouraging groups to develop volunteering strategies for 16-25-year-olds and developing best practice on how to reach new groups of volunteers.
