Barratt Artisan to kick-start development of 1,500 homes

Regeneration team Barratt Artisan is to kick-start the development of 1,500 homes in the Oldham and Rochdale housing market renewal pathfinder area after being selected as preferred developer for the first phase of the East Central Rochdale scheme. The consortium, a collaboration of house-builder Barratt and urban designer Artisan, has been selected to build the first 79 eco-homes in the 12-year East Rochdale scheme.
