Transport for London appoints Scott Wilson

Mayoral transport adviser Transport for London has appointed consultancy Scott Wilson to carry out a strategic environmental assessment to support proposals by mayor Ken Livingstone to create a 'low emission zone' (LEZ) in the city. The proposed LEZ is intended to improve the quality of air in the capital.
