Appointment at South-East England Development Agency

Former Vodafone estates surveyor Craig Heavens has joined the South-East England Development Agency as asset manager for its Hampshire sites. He will be responsible for projects including the Woolston Riverside development in Southampton and the regeneration of East Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
