Appointment at the National Association of Councils of Voluntary Service

Julie Moorby has been appointed director of resources and income generation at the National Association of Councils of Voluntary Service. Moorby joins from Chesterfield-based youth work charity Endeavour Training. She has also worked at community-based learning association Spell, as well as the Manor and Castle Development Trust.
