Appointment at environmental consultancy RPS

Matthew Mitchell has joined environmental consultancy RPS as a consultant in the transport team. He was previously assistant transport planner at consultancy Mouchel Parkman, where he was responsible for reviewing transport assessments and completing junction capacity analysis.
