Urban Living loses second senior staff member

Birmingham and Sandwell's housing market renewal pathfinder Urban Living has lost its second senior staff member in a month. Executive director Margaret Jackson has announced she will down at the end of the year only weeks after its chairman, Angus Kennedy, announced his resignation (R&R, 28 October, p4).
