Welsh schoolchildren have say

Welsh schoolchildren will have a say in the way their schools are run, the Assembly Government decided last week. The School Councils (Wales) Regulations 2005 will require the governing bodies of all maintained schools, except nursery and infant schools, to establish school councils.
