Ecotec and Salford contract

Birmingham-based researchers and consultants Ecotec and Salford University's centre for Sustainable Urban and Regional Futures have jointly won a contract to investigate the private rental sector in Stoke-on-Trent. The research has been commissioned by Stoke City Council to ensure that future housing policies are in line with the accommodation needs of people in the city.
