DEFRA names successful bidders

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has named the successful bidders to lead a pilot study investigating water affordability for lower income households. Eaga Partnership will be responsible for the fieldwork, with WRC taking responsibility for the evaluation of the project. The exercise is taking place in the south west of England.
