Appointment at NLGN

Think-tank the New Local Government Network's head of policy Anna Randle has joined Sir Michael Lyons's inquiry into local government on a long-term secondment. Local Government Information Unit policy expert Dr Dick Sorabji will replace Randle as the NLGN's head of policy.
