The fifth Private Finance Initiative bidding round launched

The fifth Private Finance Initiative bidding round has been launched. Housing minister Yvette Cooper said the new round "provides more opportunities to deliver more choice and better quality housing to communities that need it". Expressions of interest are due by 31 March 2006.
