The Government fails to reinvest billions of pounds

The Government has failed to reinvest the billions of pounds it gained since the 1980s in housing revenue from policies such as Right to Buy, a report claims. Research charity the Joseph Rowntree Foundation wants the money invested in affordable housing and boosting the safety net for low-income homeowners.
