Harlow District Council appoints GVA Grimley

Harlow District Council has appointed GVA Grimley to develop a strategy for future growth. The consultancy will work with the council and the Government Office for the East of England to deliver an area investment and renewal framework intended to strengthen Harlow's position in the London/Stansted/Cambridge growth corridor.
