Oldham Metropolitan BC selects Terence O'Rourke

Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council has selected consultancy Terence O'Rourke to create a masterplan for the development of Bank Top, a new education and cultural quarter in Oldham's town centre. The masterplan has been commissioned to address the needs of existing educational institutions in the area as well as exploring the potential for delivering a new specialist school and incubator space to support the growth of micro-enterprise.
