Work Experience - Dougie Bancroft, organiser, Newtown Santa Run

Dougie Bancroft, 41, is the founder and organiser of the Santa Run in Newtown, Powys. At the beginning of December around 4,000 runners in Santa suits, hats and beards completed a four and a half mile course.
