Cardiff should work closely with Swansea and Newport

Cardiff should work closely with the nearby cities of Swansea and Newport, says a report into the council's review of its city centre strategy. The council's economic scrutiny committee report says this cooperation would ensure that the development of all the respective city centres was complementary.
