Families will suffer hardship

More families will suffer hardship in the coming months as tax credit payments continue to be stopped or cut to cla back overpayments, Citizens Advice told a committee of MP this week. Representatives from the charity told the Treasury select committee inquiry into the administration of tax credits that the tax credit office should promote the take-up of additional tax credit payments designed to relieve hardship.
