Loans for owners of empty homes in east Kent

Owners of empty homes in east Kent now have access to an interest-free loan to help them bring their empty properties back into use, under a £5 million capital scheme funded by Kent County Council. The empty property loan scheme No Use Empty, launched this week, targets the 9,000 empty properties across the region and aims to increase the number of affordable houses in the area. Visit www.no-use-empty.org for further details.
