Basepoint wins contract

Business centre builder and operator Basepoint has won a contract to manage a new enterprise centre at the Butterfield Business and Technology Park in Luton. The Basepoint Business and Innovation Centre will offer up to 100 business units designed for new firms. Firms will be able to lease office space on a two-week rolling licence.
